When people step forward, completely on their own, to tackle problems that face us all.

It isn't in the solving of the problem that a community is made, but in the attempt by individuals to take action. It is a bonus – a big bonus – when a problem gets solved.

The “problem” of not having a fully-lit courthouse is not going to be “solved.” Not this year. The work will take too long, though we can all wait with anticipation to see just what the courthouse will look like a year from now. We think it will be beautiful.

But this “problem” has led to a number of people stepping forward to make this Wonderland of Lights festivity special.
