On June 2, 2000 the Brownrigg Insurance Agency at 201 East Austin burned down.

Although the shell of a building was purchased and has been through several owners, to this day it remains a rat- infested, dangerous eyesore in the Downtown area.

Is this really what Marshall’s Imaging Board, Marshall’s Downtown Development Corporation, Marshall’s Main Street Program, and the City of Marshall want in the heart of Marshall’s Downtown?
