The tourism consultants have come and gone. The results will be forthcoming and maybe a new dawn will appear for Marshall but the sun will not rise as high as some would like and the high-end shopping may not materialize. Tourists can bring in money if regional themes are emphasized. This is what I think would work if rents for businesses were kept at a reasonable level:
