Blood, sweat and tears from Rotarians and non- Rotarians went into the planning to make it the lovely place it is today. Beautifully landscaped, with perennial shrubs, bachelor button, yellow mums, seasonal pansies and Rotary Club benches for your relaxation. All this, in the midst of what looks like a war zone as the county starts renovations of the Historic Courthouse, and the city begins the annual pruning of the trees that line North Washington.
