Please accept this as an official letter of apology for the comment I made on Friday October 13, 2006 to Mr. Cliff Todd, Executive Director of Marshall Economic Development Corporation, regarding your position with Harrison County. The comment I made regarding your employment with Harrison County was misplaced anger. I directed my anger toward you in an inappropriate and unappreciative manner, and for that I do sincerely apologize.

The experience and professionalism you and your staff bring to Harrison County as the Election Administrative Offices are valued tremendously.
