ON CITY OF MARSHALL BOND ISSUE The Marshall/Harrison County League of Women Voters has scheduled a series of what LWV President Rachel Beard is calling A Town Hall Meetings@ in an effort to answer taxpayer questions about the upcoming $6.2 million bond issue upgrade the citys law enforcement and fire fighting services and to also upgrade Marshalls city parks.
