Commissioners,

I believe the core message of the following article, highlighting the desire for downtown living - buttresses why additional public dollars invested in the City's Main Street program proven economic model would pay large dividends to the community by encouraging and facilitating additional private sector investments thereby increasing property values, sales tax revenues and distinctly improving a sense of place in the community.

Note that the article includes a reference to Marshall, as in "even Marshall".
