Marshall, as a whole, needs to make some hard decisions and we need leadership that engages people and LEADS. I realize everyone in their own convoluted way thinks they are doing their job as best as they know how. But the truth is, the community of Marshall needs to decide some things. 1) does it really want change or does it want things the same. I want change. But change does not mean let's scrap it all and start all the way over. I moved here because I saw some positive things going on. There are some wonderful things about Marshall that make it a great place. The community of Marshall also needs to decide 2) do you just want to bitch or do you want to be part of the solution? and 3) IF you are willing to be part of the solution are you willing to LISTEN to all sides and are you willing to negotiate and compromise.
