ETTO will print a series of articles on the Park Bond Issue. This is the first article in the series. It provides information how the how the funds would be used. During an interview Jack Redmon pointed out that this distribution is only a proposal and that there will be discussions with the public before the funds are actually spent. Mr. Redmon also pointed out that as a city employee he can take no position on the bond issue.
