If you read my edited Speak Out in the Marshall News Messenger you would know I am against the bond issue to raise taxes to spend monies on parks in Marshall. Why you ask? There is nothing for maintenance and no one to supervise. Think of the cost when a child gets hit in the head with a swing. There will be lawsuitsI promise.
