While more volunteers are definitely needed, the volunteers which are now working are doing an outstanding job.

The refugees display a variety of attitudes upon arrival at the rest stop but most are in amazingly good spirit considering what they have been through.

Many people arrived with there dogs. I also saw some cats and yes – even one bird.
