Marshall Main Street is working for our business community! The Marshall Main Street Advisory Board (Committee on Economic Restructuring) and Manager, Bo Ellis will host Robert Johnson, Economic Development Specialist with the Texas Historical Commission – Main Street Division.

On Wednesday night, August 23rd from 6pm-8pm there will be a Business Development Work Session from 6-8pm in the Marshall City Commission Chambers for interested businesses and professionals.

Mr. Johnson will meet with city staff, main street board members, chamber of commerce and convention and visitor development representatives throughout the day Thursday. In addition he will facilitate a training session for the Main Street Advisory Board. On the evening of August 24th Marshall City Commission will have an opportunity to hear from Mr. Johnson regarding Marshall’s Main Street Organization and how it plays a significant role in the growth and sustainability of Main Street business and industry.
