Five months after Marshall City Manager Frank Johnson was asked to provide city boards and committees with a condensed version of the Texas Open Meetings Act that information still has not been delivered, according to City Commissioner Katie Jones.
He "promised" her, along with others attending a March meeting, to follow through within a few days. Five months later those boards and committees are still waiting on the document, Ms. Jones said.
"He still hasn't done it," Ms. Jones said earlier this week. "I assumed he had already given it to boards. The boards wanted it for clarification and they haven't received it."
