Tourism Project Management Plan Updated to Show Phase I Schedule

A Report from the Tourism Task Force Project Manager Last week I reported that the Tourism Study was dead-in-the-water as the direct result of a letter that City Manager Frank Johnson issued to Destination Development on July 19th. This week I have a much brighter report. Things are moving again as a result of the City Managers August 1st letter. On Tuesday we re-established communication with Destination Development. By the end of the week, dates related to Phase I were added to the Project Management Plan posted on the website. Take a look. This week the Task Force will be gathering written material requested by DD. They will review this material prior to their first visit to Marshall. The material requested is also listed on the website. The Task Force is also working on a Stakeholders list. This will be provided to DD at a later date.
