After calls to the city went unanswered for a week, Central Perks' owner Robert Sorich could not take it any longer. Rob said, "I could not take the smell any longer. I had to do something." It is unfortunate that the City did not share his concern. The City has demonstrated that keeping this town clean is not high on their priority list. Those that are concerned about these things thank Mr. Sorich for doing the city's job.
