Image Watch 004: Why Can't The City Keep Our Garbage Cans Empty?
I first noticed this trash can when I passed in on Tuesday. It remains the same today. I suspect that is has been that way since the weekend. WHY? Businesses say they had reported the problem. No action. WHY? Dirty streets don't make us a Texas Treasure. They make us a Dirty Texas Town that tourists will not want to visit. It's time to clean up our act, and our streets.
