Attorneys for the city of Marshall have filed a motion for rehearing with the Texas Supreme Court decision issued last month on a case pitting the city of Marshall against the city of Uncertain and Caddo Lake interests.

Marshall City Attorney Todd Fitts said the city is moving forward with the motion only to attempt to get clarification on conflicting language within the Supreme Court ruling issued June 9 by Justice Harriet O'Neill.
