MEDCO executive director resigns

By MIKE ELSWICK, Managing Editor Marshall Economic Development Corp. executive director Lou Ann Nisbett announced her resignation from that position on Wednesday to accept a similar position in Pine Bluff, Ark. "A good opportunity has come up. It's not something I was seeking, but it is a tremendous opportunity," Ms. Nisbett said. Her resignation with MEDCO is effective the end of July.
