Nothing has changed about that in the least. We believe without a plan to bring in more tourists all the improvements that have recently been made to our city are going to go to waste. That is a great deal of money and effort.

The fact is that Marshall now has tourism resources that it has never had before and we should not expect to be able to follow the same paths as before.

Someone once said: “If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've already got.”

We don't want that.
