When I heard that the Supreme Court had issued a ruling I thought – good it is over at last.

This dispute began before I returned to Marshall -- that was almost 5 years ago. It has been costly for both sides. I have been told by several sources that the City of Marshall has spent over $600,000 in lawyer fees and I am sure the Caddo group has also spent a lot money during that time.

We should all be glad it is over – right?
