TSTC camp gives high school students preview of non-traditional career options
By MIKE ELSWICK, Managing Editor Sharon Morris had some firm advice for East Texas area high school students pondering career choices. "Get an education," said Ms. Morris, a supervisor at Texas Eastman's chemical plant in western Harrison County. She was addressing a group of about 30 students from high schools throughout the region attending STeP summer camp this week at Texas State Technical College Marshall.
