Ten companies submitted proposals. Members of the Steering Committee were provided copies of the proposals and were requested to begin the proposal evaluation process in accordance with the guideline developed during the meeting.

An executive meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 8. The purpose of this meeting is to select the companies that will be interviewed during phase 2 of the selection process.

The schedule calls for the Task Force Project Manager to recommend a consulting firm at the June 22 meeting of the City Commission.
