Cloeren Incorporated, a tool and die machine shop based in Orange, is opening a new location in Marshall, Lou Ann Nisbett, Marshall Economic Development Corporation executive director, announced Tuesday to board members during their regular meeting.

"They're purchasing Honeywell Plant 2 in Marshall Business Park," she said. Company representatives have said they hope to move in the next week or so. "The building is in great shape," Ms. Nisbett said.

Ms. Nisbett said the fact the two Honeywell buildings are being occupied once again now that Cloeren is opening and Quality Culvert moved to the other Honeywell plant in December is very positive news for Marshall.
