Smith to stay as chairman of city commision

RICHARDSON, News Messenger After 10 minutes in executive session, city commissioners unanimously reelected Ed Smith as chairman of the commission during Thursday night's meeting at City Hall. Smith, who has been chairman since 2001, said he appreciates the confidence the city commission has in him.
