Renovations are ongoing and money is steadily being spent.

"We're getting close to the grand finale," said Richard Anderson, attorney for the project.

MDDC board secretary Keith Feille presented a financial report dated January 2003 to April 2006, outlining expenditures for the project.

"We started spending money about June of '03," said Feille. "We've already spent more money in May so it's moving right along."
