Jefferson's Opera House Theatre Players are looking for new and/or unusual acts for their upcoming production of "Golden Era Follies", a musical review fashioned after old-style vaudeville shows. The show will be held on Saturday, June 17, at Jefferson High School.

Auditions will be held for young talent that will be included in this years show on Saturday, May 13, from 2 to 4 pm at 112 Vale St in downtown Jefferson. Only three will be chosen to perform and young people interested should contact director Marcia Thomas for more information by calling 903-665-2310. In addition, anyone that has an unsual act such as trained animals, mimics, comedians, dancers, and etc. may also audition at that time.

Among those already lined up for the show are the famous Dallas Tap Dazzlers, the Don & Sherilyn Duo, singer/percussionist A J Tuminello, crooner John Myers, and the Fabulous Follies Showgirls.
