Main Street 2nd Saturday is a function of Marshall Main Street. Marshall Main StreetÂ’s mission is to energize the local economy while retaining historical charm. The Program utilizes the Texas Main Street Four Point Approach of Design, Organization, Promotion and Economic Restructuring. The Marshall Main Street organization envisions a city that will attract people to a vibrant and growing Central Business District through an emphasis on economic vitality and rich cultural heritage.
