What is offensive however, is taking time out of my beautiful Easter Sunday afternoon to write an opinion article on bras. But you know me, I felt I must!

Although I do not neccessarily support TERA, I do support the fact that people should be able to do what they want on their own property unless it is illegal or would cause harm to another individual. This brings me to the the fun time TERA billboard on Grand Avenue and the rumors of certain commissioners disturbed by the appearance of bras. Disturbed to the point that it effects their thinking and ability to move forward on projects. Specificaly... not appointing Ron Munden as project manager on their new quest of promoting tourism in Marshall.

What is the big deal with bras? I wear a bra, my mother wore a bra, even my 92 year old grandmother wears a bra. In fact most everyone I know wears a bra. Some people don't wear bras and should. Some womens bras show through their tops and sometimes even their straps show. I have even seen women wear black bras under a white blouse. Madonna wore a metal one and Cleopatra wore a gold one. In the 70's bras were burned and women went braless.
