RICHARDSON, News Messenger Tuesday, March 14, 2006 Plenty of laughs, conversation, and good camaraderie filled the Weisman Center Monday as approximately 20 women, some wearing tiaras and others draped in leopard prints assembled for Marshall's Chapter of Pulpwood Queens first organizational meeting. "I've been wanting to do this," said an excited Phyllis Bailey, founder of the Marshall chapter. Ms. Bailey decided to establish a Pulpwood Queens Marshall Chapter after attending a Girlfriends Weekend, sponsored by the Jefferson Chapter.
