Last September the Marshall News Messenger reported -- Mr. Moseley said, there were about a dozen associates working with he and Mr. Whaley, in efforts to get the industrial park. Yet, when asked to provide the names of his associates, Mr. Moseley refused.

Nothing changed during the seven months the transfer was delayed, and none of them showed up for the public hearing. Everything related to the industrial park was done in secrecy. It appears that their approach was aimed at keeping the public in the dark about their plan.
