The Harrison County Commissioners Court has approved the following format for the Public Hearing now scheduled for 27 February at 7PM at the Marshall City Commission meeting room.

1. Presentations: Each side will be given 30 minutes to present their case. (there are no restrictions on the number of speakers or the location of their residence)

2. Rebuttals: Each side will be given up to 15 minutes to make there statement(s)

3. Other statements: Anyone can make a 2 minutes statement as long as it does not repeat what another speakers has said. These comments will be held to 15 minutes for each side.

4. The public speaks: Any person may go the microphone and state their name and address and state if they are “for” or “against” the industrial park. (If people are stading outside the building, they will be allowed to enter the building, make their statement and leave the building.)
