Where is the Land Use Plan?
Almost 6 months ago Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison told those interested in diverting land from the Caddo Lake Wildlife Refuge to use as an industrial park that they need to develop a Land Use Plan, hold a public hear, and show overwhelming support for the project. We are now less than 72-hours away from the hearing and no written Land Use Plan is available to the public. Where is the plan? How can the public get a look at the plan?
