Because I file news stories to all the local media about the activities of the various organizations of which I am a member, I know that the deadline to get anything into the Lone Star Eagle is the Monday before it appears on the streets on Thurs. As a contrast, the deadline for the MNM or KMHT radio is the day before - or even the day of the event.
That means the LSE had that postcard of McWhorter's by the 13th, if not before.
