I have several questions regarding this so-called public hearing as proposed by the County Commissioners Court - also an observation.

The City Commission chamber is in no way large enough for the attendance I predict will try to come to this public hearing. From experience, I will tell you that when the room reaches fire-marshal code, they won't let anyone else in there.

This cannot be a public hearing if the public is not permitted in the hearing room.
