One of our readers provided this response: Mr. Bates, I agree with you. Have the Refuge on Caddo Lake. Have an industrial site eight miles away from the lake as the Judge suggested. This should please everyone.
Editors note: Someone needs to tell the public where this land is that the Judge is suggesting
