Notable Affairs fund raisers for February

Notable Affairs are funds raisers for The Marshall Regional Arts Council. These EVENTS are usually held at businesses and private homes. They are great fun, fantastic food and wonderful places to make new friends and enjoy old friends. Funds raised from the Notable Affairs are use for our general funds and to support MRACs Arts & Education programs for area schools. We have already visited Jefferson Elementary School this month with a performance of Shreveport Opera Express. With the assistances of MRACs grant writer, Carthage ISD Education Foundation has received three mini-grants to assist them in bringing arts & education performance into the Carthage ISD schools.
