Jefferson's Opera House Theatre Players have sold out the Friday night, Feb. 10, performanc of "Curse You, Jack Dalton!", an old fashioned melodrama, at Licea's Mexican Restaurant. The dinner-theatre will continue on Saturday night and some tickets are still available for that performance. Dinner begins at 6:30 pm with performances at 7:30 pm.

Tickets are $20 per person and includes dinner, tax, tip and show and are available at the Marion County Chamber of Commerce or by calling 903-665-2390. Any tickets still available at showtime Saturday will be available at the door.

The melodrama is being directed by Ben Johnston and features Dian Beaird of Hallsville; Emily Cornelius and Larry D'Asto of Marshall; and Brooke Bradley, Garrett Spears, and Karl Frederickson of Jefferson.

The Players will hold auditions for their next production, a comedy, on Saturday, Feb 18 and Sunday, Feb 19 from 2 to 4 pm at The Living Room Theatre in downtown Jefferson. The show will be mounted in late April and rehearsals will begin in March.
