LETTER FROM U.S. SENATOR KAY BAILEY HUTCHISON TO MARSHALL NEWS MESSENGER, SUNDAY FEBRUARY 5.
I am writing in response to your February 1 story Hearing set for February on Caddo industrial park plans. I want to provide your readers with a summary of the suggestions I have made and a description of what I believed to be the most effective way to reach a consensus on this issue. I have tried, throughout my public life, to do my best to work with local communities. As a Senator, I have tried to work to contribute federal support to the priorities of local leaders.
