Harrison County Commissioners apparently decided to delay the obvious when they voted this week to hold a public hearing on a proposed industrial site at the old Longhorn Army Ammunition Plant. That public hearing will be held on Feb. 21 in the commissioners' courtroom.
We suppose that it is possible that public opinion could change by that time and that the three commissioners who will probably vote against the industrial site could change their minds.
