Speak Back 040: The World According to Billy Bob Ray
Speak Out! When I first saw the picture of President Bushs daughter I was concerned, too. But if you look closely, she has a shirt on underneath that shirt she has open, so it is not as risque as it looks. Speak Back! I am sorry to have to break the bad news. We now have a photo-spectrometer in our office. It uses magnification and computer enhancement to clarify the content of a photo. We processed the Bush daughter photo and found that not only is she not wearing a second shirt she is not wearing a bra.
