Black and Decker Abrasives Donates DeWalt Equipment to TSTC Marshall
Marshall, Texas - Dion Faucheux, plant manager for Black & Decker Abrasives, located in the Marshall Industrial Development Park presented DeWalt tools, valued at approximately $1,500 to the TSTC Marshall Industrial Maintenance department as part of an annual equipment grant.
Black & Decker Abrasives, whose corporate headquarters are in Towson, Maryland, established the grant program for colleges as part of the companys ongoing support of advanced education beyond the high school level. This is the first year of the equipment grant but Faucheux says the grant is a budgeted item for TSTC Marshall in 2006. The local company manufactures abrasive wheels under the DeWalt name used in grinders and other equipment donated to the college.
