The first Weisman Center Presents...Words & Voices concert is scheduled for Saturday January 14th, 2006, at 7:00pm. This show will be one of our best -- Shake Russell and Michael Hearne are coming up from Austin, Texas, to spend a few days out at Lake O' The Pines, maybe write some songs and share some of their award-winning talent with us all. Shake is best known as the writer of multi-million selling hit songs by Clint Black such as "One More Payment" and "Put Yourself In My Shoes". He has received BMI's Million Air awards for songs he has written that have been played more than 1,000,000 times on country radio.
