Marshall City Commission will conduct a closed session, beginning 5 p.m. today at city hall, to discuss details of a "business prospect."

In executive session, commissioners will "discuss ... commercial or financial information that the city and MEDCO (Marshall Economic Development Corporation) has received from a business prospect that the city seeks to have locate in or near" Marshall, the agenda says.

The commission will then meet in open session to "consider approval of a resolution nominating QC-Marshall, LLC, as an enterprise project."
