Spending time with friends is the most enjoyable part of the Thanksgiving Holidays. Spending time with new friends is especially rewarding. That being the case this was a most rewarding holiday.
Actually the experience began on November 8 when the dreaded 015 error message appeared on my TV screen. That is when my adventure began. Actually it was 6 minutes and 32 seconds after I called the DISH trouble desk number, I met my first friend Ill call him Technician A (TA).
He was polite and well trained. In minutes we were working together like a well-trained team. I knew a solution to my problem was only minutes away. At the conclusion of the tests, TA said: Well, looks like something is not working. I just knew the next words would be: We will send you a replacement receiver.
It did not happen that way. Instead, I was instructed to uninstall the receiver and move it to the second receiver location. I was instructed to call back once I had it installed.
